Web Development - B2B Website Development for a Construction Materials Supplier

We built a modern B2B website pro bono for SandwichPro — a PIR insulation panel supplier across the Baltics — with a product catalog, inquiry form, and an easy CMS they manage independently.

The Challenge

SandwichPro distributes and manufactures multilayer PIR insulation panels across the Baltic countries. Despite operating in a competitive B2B market, they had no website — no way to showcase their product range, receive customer inquiries, or present their services online.

Their business relied entirely on word-of-mouth and direct sales. They needed a professional online presence but had no technical team and no budget for it. We took this on pro bono because a good product deserves proper visibility.

Our Approach

We designed the site around two priorities: make the products easy to find and make the site easy to manage. The homepage presents the full product range — wall panels, roof panels, fire-resistant panels, metal constructions, and installation services — with descriptions, specifications, and direct links to the inquiry form.

The block-based page builder in Payload CMS lets the team compose and rearrange pages without touching code — they drag blocks, edit text, and publish. No developer needed. The design is clean, professional, and built for B2B — construction companies and contractors who want to quickly check what’s available and submit an inquiry.

Custom Inquiry Form for Panel Specifications

The inquiry form is the core conversion tool. It collects detailed panel specifications upfront — type, thickness, height, RAL color codes, desired lengths, and delivery location. This saves back-and-forth between the sales team and the customer.

Submissions are validated, protected with Cloudflare Turnstile, and delivered via email with all the details the sales team needs to prepare a quote.

Smooth Handover and Ongoing Support

We didn’t just deliver a website:

  • In-person training on editing pages, managing products, and handling inquiries
  • Recorded video instructions for common tasks
  • 24/7 availability by phone or message whenever they need help

The Result

SandwichPro went from no online presence to a professional B2B website they manage independently. They receive customer inquiries directly through the site, update their product catalog and content on their own, and control every page without needing a developer.
